Truthfully, I don’t understand why I got a $10 free gift and then had to pay $10 for an emailed label?
What the heck? What kind of deal is that?

Hi Patty, the gift card you received was an apology for our delay in getting you the label. The $10 fee we charge our non-local consignors is to help offset the shipping cost. If you do not want to consign with us anymore, we are happy to refund your money. We hope this is not the case 😀
